Photography at The Gardens

The Gardens on Spring Creek is a unique and beautiful location for photography.

We encourage visitors to take casual photographs or videos via phones or digital cameras for their personal use; however, these personal photographs may not be used for commercial purposes.

Any photo shoots beyond personal use, or outside regular hours, require a photography permit. Professional photographers must have permission before shooting in The Gardens.

Complimentary permits are included with rental packages.

Photography Guidelines

  • Two-week minimum advance notice is recommended for larger groups or special-hours requests. Permits will be scheduled based on site and staffing availability.
  • Payment is due at the time of reservation.  

  • Photography permits are non-refundable; sessions may be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance; rescheduled time will be based on availability and must be within 12 months of the originally scheduled session.

  • Access to specific garden spaces is not guaranteed and will be dependent on existing programming and public visitation.

  • No pets are allowed at The Gardens. Please refer to our Plan Your Visit webpage for additional information on what is permitted or prohibited on our grounds.

 

Permit Pricing

Operating Hours Permit Pricing

Available for groups arriving together for the same photoshoot during normal business hours. 

  • $100 per hour: Up to 9 persons, including subjects and photographers

  • $200 per hour: 10–20 persons, including subjects and photographers

Special Hours Permit Pricing

Available for groups arriving together or mini-shoots with separate client groups arriving before or after business hours.

  • $300 per hour: Up to 9 persons, including subjects and photographers

  • $400 per hour: 10–20 persons, including subjects and photographers
