What ages can participate in adult class offerings?
Adult classes are designed for learners 18+. For questions or to request exceptions please email GardensEducation@fcgov.com.
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
The Gardens on Spring Creek requires 72 hours for a full refund of class fees. If you are unable to attend, please consider your class payment as a tax-deductible donation. If class is cancelled by The Gardens on Spring Creek for any reason, a full refund will be issued. If you do need to cancel your registration, please contact the Education Team atgardenseducation@fcgov.com.
What if a class is sold out?
We have waitlists available for all sold-out classes. Email GardensEducation@fcgov.com to be places on the list. If a spot opens up, a staff member will reach out. Payment will be collected before you attend class.
Is general admission included with class registration?
Yes! Gardens admission is included with class purchase. Admission can be redeemed immediately before and after class only (based on open hours). It cannot be redeemed outside of the class date.
