Refund Policy
Admissions
Timed admission tickets may be exchanged within 30 days of their purchase for another date and time.
Classes
We require 72 hours notice for a full refund of class fees. If class is canceled by The Gardens on Spring Creek for any reason, a full refund will be issued. If you do not need to cancel your registration, please contact the Education Team at GardensEducation@fortcollins.gov.
Gift Shop
Merchandise return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unused, have original tags attached and be accompanied by the original receipt. Credit card refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Cash refunds will be made via check. Perishable and sale items are not eligible for return.
Special Events
There are no refunds for special event tickets. Tickets will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or unused. Tickets will not be refunded for any inclement weather, including but not limited to snow, hail, wind, rain, mud or extreme temperatures. This policy is applicable for all special events, including but not limited to Garden a'Fare, Live at The Gardens Summer Concert Series, Pumpkins on Parade, Garden of Lights and any other public event. Plants purchased in our Gift Shop or during our Spring Plant Sale are final sales and will not be refunded.
Youth Camps and Multi-day Series
Spring Break Camp: Cancellations made prior to two weeks out from camp will be refunded at 100%. After two week prior, no refunds will be given.
Summer Camp Refund Policy: Cancellations made prior to May 1 will be refunded at 100%. After May 1 and up to two weeks prior to the first day of camp, a 50% refund will be given. After two weeks prior, no refunds will be given. If camp is cancelled by The Gardens on Spring Creek, a full refund will be issued.
